Corpse River

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. of fresh squeezed lemon juice

  • 1 oz. of Cointreau

  • 1 oz. of Lillet Blanc

  • 1 oz. of Gin

Instructions

Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin, add ice, shake hard.

Spray chilled coupe glass with absinthe

Double strain into the glass.

Garnish with a lemon peel.
