Cowboy Colada
Ingredients
2 oz. of Bourbon
3 dashes of bitters
2 oz. of pineapple juice
1 oz. of Cream of Coconut
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin, add ice, shake hard, strain into a rock glass with ice.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
