Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. of Bourbon

  • .75 oz. of pineapple juice

  • .25 oz. of Aperol

  • .25. oz. of Elderflower liqueur

  • Squeeze of honey

Instructions

Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin, add ice, shake hard, double strain into a coupe glass

Garnish with a lemon peel.
