Rosita Especial with Xila

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. of Tequila Reposado

  • 5 oz. of Xila (Mexican Apertif)

  • .5 oz. of Sweet vermouth

  • .5 oz. of Dry vermouth

  • 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters

  • Lemon peel or grapefruit

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, add 1.5 oz. of Tequila Reposed.

  2. Add .5 oz. of Xila.

  3. Add .5 oz. of sweet vermouth.

  4. Add .5 oz. of dry vermouth.

  5. Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters

  6. Stir gently.

  7. Strain into a rock glass with ice.

  8. Express lemon peel over the drink and wipe the rim.

  9. Discard the lemon peel and serve.
