Rosita Especial with Xila
Ingredients
1.5 oz. of Tequila Reposado
5 oz. of Xila (Mexican Apertif)
.5 oz. of Sweet vermouth
.5 oz. of Dry vermouth
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Lemon peel or grapefruit
Instructions
In a shaker, add 1.5 oz. of Tequila Reposed.
Add .5 oz. of Xila.
Add .5 oz. of sweet vermouth.
Add .5 oz. of dry vermouth.
Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
Stir gently.
Strain into a rock glass with ice.
Express lemon peel over the drink and wipe the rim.
Discard the lemon peel and serve.
