Sexy Manhattan

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. of Balvenie Scotch (Doublewood 12-year or Rum cask 14-year)

  • 1 oz. of sweet vermouth

  • .25 oz of Liqor 43

  • .25 oz. of Dry Curaçao

  • 2 to 3 dashes of Angostura bitters

  • Bar spoon of Luxardo maraschino cherry syrup

  • 1 Luxardo maraschino cherry

  • Orange peel, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, add 2 oz. of bourbon.

  2. Add 1 oz. of sweet vermouth.

  3. Add .25 oz. of Liqor 43.

  4. Add .25 oz. of Dry Curaçao

  5. Add 2–3 dashes of Angostura bitters.

  6. Add bar spoon of Luxardo maraschino cherry syrup

  7. Add 1 Luxardo maraschino cherry

  8. Add ice, and stir until chilled.

  9. Garnish with orange peel.
